AC & HC Reports: An Online Training - Session 1

Target Audience: Study Directors (SD), Resource Managers (RM), Animal Welfare Officers (AWOI /
AWOF), Heads of Animal Facilities (HAF), Cantonal Officers (CO), and other animex-ch users involved
in the reporting process.

Training Objectives:
- Understand the structure and categories within the Reports AC and HC
- Data validation in the Public Report AC
- Acquire tips and tricks for verifying data accuracy – data validation before submission
Training content: The course covers key aspects of the AC and HC reports, including best practices, common pitfalls, and an interactive Q&A session. Building on previous sessions, this training will also focus on the public AC reports.
Training dates and registration: To register, click on one of the links below and complete the form. After submitting, you will receive an email with a Microsoft Teams invitation. You can join the meeting on the date and time you registered by clicking on the Microsoft Teams invitation in the email. The training content will be the same on all three dates.
Important Notes:
• Please use an institutional email address to register. Email addresses from other providers, except those from Swiss institutions with animex-ch access, are not permitted.
• Please use your full name when logging in (as on the registration form). Otherwise, you will not be able to access the online training.
• The registration deadline is 3 working days before the selected session date. Please note that registrations received after this deadline will not be considered for that session.
• IMPORTANT: Save Your Registration Email. After registering, you will receive an email containing the meeting link. Please keep this email, as it is the only link you will receive.
